Strata Community Australia is the new National Identity for the various State Owners Corporation and Strata Management organisations. The view is that having this one nationally recognised organisation will give the industry a more united voice and benefits for all stakeholders will flow through.
Strata Community Australia (Victoria) is the Victorian State Body. This takes over from the OCV or Owners Corporations Victoria.
This new organisation will also be known as SCA.
